Maple's Bed was designed to fit over a standard size pillow 18" x 26".
5 inch squares were made into 4 3/4 inch half square triangles.
One large quilt (half pattern and half minky) with heart maple appliques added, was quilted with a backing. The large quilt was folded in half and sides were sewn with a French seam. A 14 inch zipper was sewn to the open end (an 18 inch zipper would be better).
